Connecting to the wifi in the library
If you are experiencing issues connecting to Solent Net, it may be a certificate issue, especially on a Mac. The following procedure may help:
- Connect to Solent Guest / Glide or use mobile data
- Go to cat.eduroam.org using safari. Don't use Chrome as it won't prompt to install profile.
- Select Solent University
- Install profile.
- Go to settings on device.
- On top left, there should be downloaded profile. Click on it to install. Enter passcode.
- Enter Solent email as Username and password for eduroam.
- Enter Username and password for SolentNet.
- Remove Solent Guest
