Printing in the library

Frequently asked print questions

Contact the Learning Technologies helpdesk (Floor 2 Library ltu@solent.ac.uk, ext. 5100) if you any problems with the library printers such as:

  • The 'MyPrint' option does not show
  • The printer is completely out of paper
  • The printer is out of toner or a waste container
  • The print job does not appear when you log into any printer
  • You require a refund for an incorrect print, of which the University is at fault
  • Issues with print formatting
