    Useful for an overview of what might be available on a particular topic BUT not a comprehensive search

    Can limit to Peer Reviewed Journals to improve your results and use View online to link to articles

    Google Scholar

    Useful for finding articles and books the library does not hold. Many articles are open access making them freely available to researchers.  The "Better Googling" tab has a video guide to using Google effectively and setting up links to Solent's collections and to get it import directly into RefWorks
