Manage your connections
Make a clear distinction between work time and leisure time. If you are constantly connected online, you are probably switching your focus between tasks, and wasting a lot of time in the process. This can leave you feeling like you never get a chance to turn off, resulting in higher levels of stress. Establish habits which help you focus; this might include using airplane mode on devices, changing notification settings on applications, disabling applications, or simply leaving your phone out of reach while you work.
