• Emotional Coping Skills Course

    The Emotional Coping Skills Course is a short version of DBT – Dialectical Behaviour Therapy – a model of therapy for people who experience intense emotions, often leading to coping behaviours like self-harm. The first course will be starting mid-November, and is run with weekly sessions of about 2 hours. The exact times and dates will be confirmed closer to the time.
