Organisation are legally required to adhere to certain practices to ensure discrimination is eliminated and expectations of equality are consistently met within the workplace. This Equality and Diversity e-learning gives a better understanding about the meaning and importance of equality and diversity. Recipients have gained an understanding of the different types of discrimination and identify harassment, victimisation and bullying behaviour in the workplace. This course has enabled employees to develop a fairer, more inclusive working environment. Course Overview Recipients are able to: - Describe the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce, - Demonstrate and promote equity and inclusivity, and, - Explain how the Equality Act 2010 can provide protection against discrimination and harassment.
